are required to be paid in full prior to six weeks of age.
***Deposits
are Non-Refundable
*If the
breeding does not take place, considerably delayed or no healthy pups are
produced by the breeding, the buyer may have the deposit transferred to a
future breeding.
*Westex
Kennels guarantees pups to be current on vaccinations and free from the
following at transfer: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus,
Coronavirus as well as any life threatening defects.
*Pup
will have current Veterinary Health Certificate if shipped by air.
Buyer
agrees to have pip examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of
transfer, if at that time the pup is found to have any of the above mentioned,
“Westex Kennels” will refund purchase price or replace the pup (at “Westex
Kennles” discretion) provided the condition is life threatening in the opinion
of 2 qualified Veterinarians.
Warranty
is null and void if the pup is not examined within 72 hours by a licensed
Veterinarian.
*In
Accordance with Contract Agreement the following apply: both parties agree that
no dogs/puppies, nor Sire or Dam of such have been bred or sold for fighting or
any illegal purpose.
*”WesTex
Kennels” Reserves the Right to Carry the “WesTex” name on the registration
paper of all Pups/Dogs sold. The Buyer may give the call name.
We the undersigned have read, understand and
agree with the terms of this contract.
